It's Just a Jump to the Left

Oh man you guys. I have some amazing polishes from The Lady Varnishes to show you tonight.
And they have the best theme EVER!
THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW!!!!!!

A little background from what I am assuming is a very small percentage of people who haven't seen this classic tale. You have Brad and Janet and their car breaks down, they see a light and find the house of Dr. Frankenfurter who is holding a get together for his colleagues. On the night Brad and Janet show up the doctor is unveiling his newest creation Rocky! And this is a musical. Yes I know it is amazing.

Also I watched this movie WAYYYY too young because later I go back and see scenes like this:

or this:

And I am like what were my parents thinking?? Hahaha but they were the ones that went to see it in drive in theaters with the toilet paper and newspaper.
I hope you made it through all that because I have 3 polishes from this gorgeous collection to show you!

First up we have Inside I'm Bleeding.
This polish is a gorgeous periwinkle with teeny tiny red micro glitters and a barely there pink shimmer. I used just two coats and topped it off with a coat of SV.
This polish is so pretty up close I am just no good with macros. :(

Next we have I Didn't Make Him FOR YOU.

If you can look away from that gif for one moment here is the gorgeous polish!

This is a gold glitter to end all gold glitters. It covers completely in two coats! No need for undies!
It has all shapes and sizes of gold glitter and shimmer. Its like all you ever needed in a glitter polish and

Last but not least we have my favorite Don't Dream It. Be It.
Oh this polish is such a gorgeous aqua, blue/green polish with blue, gold and black flecks that build up so nicely together and dont smother each other out with each coat there is also a darker blue micro glitter.
I only used two coats below.

Make sure to check out The Lady Varnishes on FACEBOOK, ETSY and BIG CARTEL

Guess What!? More Sweet Heart Polish!

I am gonna keep this post short and sweet because headaches ruin lives!
In store for you I have not one but THREE polishes to show you from Sweet Heart Polish.

First up we have 30% Chance It Is Already Raining. I love the name. This polish is jam packed with glitter. and it only takes two coats for full coverage. It has a gorgeous mix of holo pink, gold, and maybe some red glitters of different shapes and sizes all in a gorgeous firey copper polish! Love this.

Next up we have Glamorous! Holy fucking shit!
This polish is amazing! It has all the gorgeous goodness any girl needs and it applies like a dream. The purple stars took a minimal fishing but sooooo worth it, obviously, look at the picture! It is full of gold glitter in different shapes and sizes. It even has iridescent glitter that looks blue and purple. And I cant not mention those big holo round glitter and the cute purple stars!!!!!!

I layered two coats of Glamorous over two coats of OPI I Sing in Color from the new Gwen Stefani collection which was generously given to me buy a friend.
Topped the whole thing off with a coat of SV and there you have it?

And last but not least we have Mermaid Magic.
I was on the fence about this polish because I didnt like the first swatched that showed up, but then Mishka over at Accio Lacquer showed me her post over a dark purple and I fell in love and added it to the basket!
So below I have two coats of Mermaid Magic, which is a beautiful iridescent blue/green polish with big round holo teal glitters and all other shapes, sizes and shades of blue glitters. I used two coats of Mermaid Magic over two coats of OPI I Sing in Color
And an extra stamp surprise!!!!!!!!

I had to whip out a mermaid stamp for this polish!!! The mermaid is from plate Konad m34. I used Sally Hansen Silver Sweep over two coats of OPI I Sing in Color.

Sweet Heart Polish has all these polishes for sale and you can check out her store HERE.

He Loves Me...He Loves Me Not!

These two polishes are my first experience with Sweet Heart Polish and I have to say I am seriously impressed.
First up we have 'He Loves Me...' It is a mix of holographic glitter in all shapes and sizes including some bar glitter. And even though there are so many different colors including  cotton candy pink hexes and matte pink hearts , they all go perfectly together. This polish is a great glitter topper.
I layered  one coat of 'He Loves Me...' over a gradient of China Glaze Pink-ie Promise and Tart-y For the Party.

Next up we have He Loves Me Not!  I really like the glitter combo in this polish it has a mix of holographic glitter in all shapes and sizes with black holographic stars and pink holographic skulls. The stars were very easy to get out but due to the odd shape of the skulls I did have to do a little fishing.
I layered one coat of He Loves Me Not! over a gradient of China Glaze Def Defying and Hanging in the Balance.

Both of these gorgeous polishes are available now over on Sweet Heart Polish's Etsy page which you can find HERE. And be sure to follow her on Facebook. She is also on instagram @sweet_heart_polish.

Shun the Nonbeliever! Shhhhhuuuuuuunnnnnnnn.

Tonight I have a manicure featuring UNICORNS!!!!!

I love these nails! But I can't say I came up with the idea ALL by myself.
I painted my nails like this after seeing THIS amazing mani by The Nailasaurus.

Before I tell you about how I made these awesome nails, check out the FUCKING AMAZEBALLS CUTICLE WATERMARKS!!!!! The amazing Mishka over at Accio Lacquer made them for me!!! And told me how to add them to my pictures. That is an important part to mention.

So I started off with two coats of Lime Crime Crema De Limon. The polish is a little streaky so you are going to need two coats. I then used Lime Crime Once in a Blue Mousse for the gradient. I topped it all off with a coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust.

For the stamp I used white polish and two images from Nailz Craze place NC02 and topped everything off with a thick coat of Sally Hansen Dries Instantly!
